What is the IDG Mental Health and Wellness Program?

Are you feeling stressed by what’s happening in your life? You don’t have to go through this alone. 

The IDG Mental Health and Wellness program can help. Our social workers provide confidential counseling and support accessing services like SNAP, etc. We can help you come up with new ways of reducing stress, building healthy relationships, and overcoming other challenges life throws in your path.

  • Support groups 
  • Short-term emotional and practical support
  • Assessment and referral to other social services
  • Long-term individual, couples and family Counseling (coming soon) 
  • Accessing free benefits and services, including SNAP, rental assistance (coming soon)

How to Use This Benefit

Call 973-705-7174 or email nj.wellness@drivingguild.org to speak to one of our social workers. You can also complete this form. All our services are free and we can speak English, Chinese, Spanish, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

The IDG Mental Health and Wellness Program is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing an acute mental health crisis, please call NJ MentalHealthCares’ Disaster Helpline at 866-202-4357 Mon-Sun 8am-8pm EST, and if you cannot reach them, call 911 for immediate assistance.
